To access your account online:
You will need your account number and password.
Your account number can be found on your invoice at the top right corner, third line down.
Your password is the last four digits of the phone number we have on file for you.
NOTE: All payments can take up to 24-48 hours to process.

Online payments: We accept credit/debit cards and checks. If you are paying by check, please be sure to input the correct routing number and bank account number. Please double check these numbers for accuracy. If this information is submitted incorrectly, this will result in a returned check charge of $15.00 added to your trash service account. Your bank may also apply fees to your checking account. Online checks are applied to your trash service account within 24-48 hours. However, the money is not immediately taken out of your checking account. A paper check is created and deposited in our bank. Please allow 5 days for your check to process through your bank.
